He has over 18 years of experience in commercialisation of new technologies and IP management and leads a multidisciplinary team of technologists in addressing technology and innovation needs of enterprises from the industry in areas spanning across Infocomm Technology & Electronics, Energy & Environment, Materials & Chemicals, Health & Personal Care, Manufacturing, amongst others. *****
	Julien Valette Managing Director, CW Aero Services Julien Valette is Managing Director of CW Aero Services Pte Ltd, a company leader in equipment and expert services for the aerospace industry. He has over 14 years of experience in aerospace, from engineering to sales, management and entrepreneurship. He co-founded CW Aero Services Pte Ltd in 2017. *****
	Derek Sharples Member of AAIS Panel of Experts IPI Innovation Advisor Derek Sharples is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Avation Plc, a London stock exchange-listed leasing company headquartered in Singapore and an Innovation Advisor with IPI. He is also an investor and an Advisory Board Member to several Singapore start-ups and SMEs in composite manufacturing, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, unmanned drones and surface finishing. Derek is the former Chief Executive Officer of Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia, and is a volunteer member of the Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) Advisory Panel of Experts, and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
