With IPI Singapore’s help, Silversea Media enhanced its existing digital twin platform with Kookree’s AI-powered video analytics for smarter facility management and beyond.
While Silversea’s digital twin platforms offer users the ability to visualise and interact with physical spaces remotely, their enterprise clients in the retail sector increasingly demanded real-time, decision-ready intelligence: How many people are in the space? What kind of unusual activities are happening? Can we search the footage using questions instead of scrubbing through hours of recordings?
Beyond visualisation, they wanted to understand occupancy patterns, detect anomalies, and extract meaningful insights from video feeds in real time. However, traditional CCTV systems require manual monitoring and lack intelligent search capabilities, limiting their effectiveness.
Without deeper insights, Silversea risked limiting the value of its platform to visualisation and needed to enhance its platform with AI-driven analytics that could transform passive video data into actionable intelligence to stay competitive.
Through its Technology Scouting efforts, IPI Singapore identified Kookree as both a strong technology solution and strategic business fit for Silversea Media. Beyond addressing the technical gap, IPI recognised the strong alignment between both companies’ capabilities and facilitated a co-development partnership that combines Silversea’s digital twin platform with Kookree’s AI-powered video analytics to deliver higher-value, vision-based solutions.
Kookree’s solution enhances existing camera infrastructure with capabilities such as early warning detection, situational awareness, and natural language search, enabling real-time, actionable insights from video feeds.
After initial conversations and an NDA, both companies developed an integrated solution within one month. This proof-of-concept has transformed CCTV feeds into real-time, searchable insights within an immersive digital twin environment. The solution was showcased at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, where it generated strong interest from customers across industries such as aviation, defence, critical infrastructure, and enterprise operations. The teams continued refining the system for a live demonstration at the Singapore Airshow 2026.
For Silversea Media, the collaboration enhanced its digital twin platform for smart facility management by integrating AI-powered video analytics. Initially developed for retail operations, the solution now enables smarter real-time monitoring and operational intelligence for facility management, with broader applications across security, operations, and compliance functions.
For Kookree, the partnership provided valuable real-world validation opportunities and access to broader commercial and industrial sectors through Silversea’s network. Exposure to more diverse operational environments and datasets also helps refine and strengthen its AI analytics capabilities.
