He began his career with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) where he helped in developing and promoting the aerospace industry for nine years. He was Director of EDB Los Angeles Office from 1986 to 1988 and left EDB in December of 1989 as Head, Aerospace & Defence Industries.</p><p>Jeremy was Executive Vice Chairman of Mubadala Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) network from November 2011 to April 2013 and was based in Abu Dhabi. <p>Alan is currently Managing Partner of ABA Asia, which designs, builds and facilitates high performance boards for both fiduciary and non-fiduciary, private and public companies.</p><p>He is also CEO of The Hepburn Group, which provides consultancy services to developers on leisure and hospitality projects and can assist with market entry for hospitality, food and beverage and lifestyle operators. The Hepburn Group also acts as an agent for premium food and drink products.</p><p>From 2008 and 2010, Alan was Chief Executive Officer of KidZania, a children's edutainment company which had the operating rights for the award-winning KidZania concept for Greater China, Philippines and Thailand. In 2001, Hepburn was the Managing Director of the renowned Three On The Bund company in China where he led the creation and development of the Three on the Bund destination concept in Shanghai. This opened for commercial operation in 2004, under his management, as a unique, integrated, lifestyle experience, building the first luxury brand from China. In 2007, the company won Asia’s Best Employer by Asia Wall Street Journal and Hewitt Associates.</p><p>Alan has a distinguished track record in the hospitality industry. He enjoyed success with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel companies where he directed numerous transformation programs and new concept openings and has enjoyed success with a wide range of award-winning initiatives.</p><p>Prior to life in Asia, Alan spent a total of seven years at three of London’s best hotels. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality (F.I.H.) and a graduate of the Westminster Hotel School.</p><p>Alan is also an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), currently serving as a Global Board member, Chair of the International Networks Committee, member of the Global Compensation and HR Committee and Forum Officer (Gold) for the YPO Singapore Integrated Chapter. Alan regularly runs leadership training for YPO CEOs worldwide.</p><p>He currently sits on the Advisory Board of The Mandala Club in Singapore and chairs the advisory board for Mypetgo - a pet wellness company. Alan has served as past Chair of South East Asia YPO, Chair of the Board of Trustees at Dulwich College, Shanghai and Vice Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce, China. <p>Dr Rebecca Lian is a veteran and expert in the food industries and presently holds the position as Chief Technology Officer of Green Planet Foods, a start-up that aims to deliver affordable, healthy food and beverages that cater to the Chinese market. She is an Innovation Advisor with IPI and is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). </p><p>Rebecca spent close to 34 years with Nestle holding various leadership positions. She last helmed the China Nestle R&D leadership and set up four competent R&D centres in Beijing, Shanghai, Dongguan and Xiamen. Rebecca was part of the pioneer Nestle team to bring factories and manufacturing operations into China for the Group. During her 24 years in China, Rebecca was responsible for launches of new products across multiple food product categories such as frozen foods, ambient culinary, coffee and beverages, dairy, nutrition for seniors, confectionery and snacks, products for food service and quick service restaurant (QSR) for the Chinese market and also Asia Pacific.</p><p>On returning to Singapore after the China assignment, Rebecca was appointed Distinguished Fellow at Wilmar International, one of Singapore’s largest food and agri-food companies. She was also the Co-Lab Director for the Food Lab, a collaboration between Wilmar, National University of Singapore (NUS) and Clinical Nutrition Research Centre (CNRC), and spearheaded the development of personalised food products for clinical trials addressing metabolic disorder syndrome in addition to leading the product innovation for markets in Southeast Asia, South Asia and Africa. </p><p class="text-align-justify">Rebecca received her Bachelor’s degree (First Class Honours) and PhD in Food Technology from Reading University, United Kingdom.
